Following the foundation of the Kingdom on 3 December 2020, there was a need for a legislature for the nation which would be functional to legislate bills and drafts for the nation
His Majesty the King Isaiah Burdette one the first and only monarch of Burdette announced that the Parliament shall be filled by an election to be held on 14th, and for which the nominations shall begin on 8th. It was also declared that the Parliament shall have a strength of 6 members.
The following days were filled with activities with the announcement of candidacy. A total of 6 citizens officially ran for the Parliament of which all were elected unopposed.
